Machinery and devices for the production optimization

All Blink Systems can be improved thanks to the integration of additional optional that help the entire production. The additional proposals are solution designed for single machines or for complete Blink systems.

Each additional accessory can be installed on Blink Sleeve Applicators.

WAREHOUSE FOR PRODUCTS LOADING

The automated system of product loading is made through a vertical or horizontal warehouse realized to load each shape and product dimension. The warehouse dimensions are customizable and adaptable to any Customer reality.

WAREHOUSE FOR PRODUCT UNLOADING

Automated warehouse made in Stainless steel are available with vertical or horizontal system, in relation to the production needs. The dimensions are customizable and adaptable to any Customer reality.

SLEEVE REEL-HOLDER

They are studied to be produced in different versions, with one, two or more reels. They can be installed in the left or right side of the machine, depending on available space. They guarantee high precision and quality during the unwinding of the sleeve reels. In relation to the production speed, it will be provided a reel-holder with the manual or automatic junction between two or more reels.

DRYING TUNNEL

Machines designed to dry the products after the Steam Shrink Tunnel.

UV STATION

Blink supply Ultraviolet station to use in combination with the steam shrink tunnel and the drying tunnel.

SLEEVE PERFORATION DEVICE

Device for the automated perforation of the sleeve. It is installed on the top part of Blink Sleeve Applicators. The Customer will decide to make a vertical or double perforation (vertical and horizontal).

EXPULSION DEVICE

Automatic expulsion of the non-conforming product. The device adopts the photocells to detect:

the sleeve presence;
the sleeve height before shrink tunnel;
the presence of sleeve junction.

In case of a detection, the product is ejected into an accumulation table.

STEAM GENERATORS

Blink Machines propose Steam generators when the Customer need a steam shrink tunnel. They are available electric or gas, depending on Customer decision, with different dimensions and production capacity. The steam generators can be installed above the shrink tunnel or near the production area.
